Let's Discover Our Creative Leadership Potential

In ancient Greece, the idea of happiness (eudaemonia) was deeply connected to the presence or guidance of a personal spirit or dàimon. Philosophers like Socrates and Aristotle viewed eudaemonia not just as feeling good, but as living in accordance with your highest potential—your “true self” or dàimon. Achieving eudaemonia was seen as the ultimate pursuit in life, attainable by developing virtues and aligning with your intrinsic nature. Realizing your full potential, then, meant understanding, accepting, and expressing your unique dàimon.
