If conditions shape potential, then building those conditions must be a collective and collaborative effort. We, as a collective, are responsible for creating the context and conditions in which we can thrive and express our FULL POTENTIAL. Despite our role or title.
In the following assessment, we evaluate the environment in which we operate. How well are we shaping our environment by:
